  • Initial Deposit: A deposit is required to commence work on your website project. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to start the project due to our own reasons.
  • Project Milestones: If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any payments made for milestones achieved up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
  • Project Delivery: Once the final project deliverables have been approved and handed over, no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Maintenance and Support Services: Refunds for ongoing maintenance and support services are generally not provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

2.3 Subscription-Based Services: For subscription-based services, such as hosting or monthly maintenance, refunds may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription if the service is cancelled by the client within the first 30 days.
