3.1 Website Building and Design: EasyWeb.au agrees to create a website based on the Clients specifications. The scope, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate project agreement or proposal.
3.2 Website Maintenance: EasyWeb.au offers ongoing maintenance services to keep the Client’s website updated and secure. This includes updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
3.3 Hosting Services: EasyWeb.au provides hosting services for websites, ensuring uptime and performance. Specific terms related to hosting will be provided in the hosting agreement.
3.4 Mobile Car Service: EasyWeb.au provides mobile car service at customer premises, ensuring convenience and flexibility. Specific terms related to this service will be provided upon request.
3.5 Additional Services: Any other IT-related services requested by the Client will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
4.1 Pricing: The cost of services will be outlined in the project agreement or proposal. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
4.2 Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4.3 Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided only as per the conditions stated in the project agreement or under specific circumstances as determined by EasyWeb.au.
5.1 Content Provision: The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.
5.2 Approvals: The Client must provide timely approvals to avoid project delays. EasyWeb.au will not be held responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to approve or provide necessary content.
6.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will own the website and all associated deliverables. EasyWeb.au retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Third-Party Content: EasyWeb.au will not be liable for any copyright infringements related to content provided by the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring all content is legally owned or licensed.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the project. This includes any proprietary or sensitive information related to the business or operations of either party.
EasyWeb.au will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The total liability of EasyWeb.au shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
9.1 By the Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the termination date.
9.2 By the Company: EasyWeb.au reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments.
EasyWeb.au reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
